Thomas J. Schulte, Jr.
Thomas J. Schulte, Jr. (Tom) was born in Coral Gables, Florida, July 31, 1966. He received his Bachelor of Science from Florida State University in 1989 and attended St. Thomas University School of Law. While in law school, he was on the Moot Court Board and a member of Phi Delta Phi legal honor society. He graduated from St. Thomas University School of Law with his J.D. in 1994 and then served as an Assistant State Attorney in the Second Judicial Circuit, Tallahassee, Florida, prosecuting misdemeanor and felony cases.
In 1998 he joined the firm, focusing his practice in the areas of family law, criminal defense, clemency, personal injury, and general civil trial practice.
In 2011, Tom achieved Martindale-Hubbell's highest "AV" rating.
Tom is active in local Bar organizations and has held leadership roles with the Tallahassee Bar Association, Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Legal Aid Foundation. Tom is also a member of the Tallahassee American Inns of Court (William Stafford Inn). He has lectured at Florida State University College of Law and for other legal groups on various legal topics. He is the author of a Chapter of the Florida Bar Continuing Legal Education desk reference.
Tom is married and has two children. He has no hobbies. He just works!
