Thomas J. Schulte, Jr.
Thomas J. Schulte, Jr., (Tom) was born in Coral Gables, Florida, July 31, 1966. He received his Bachelor's of Science from Florida State University in 1989 and attended St. Thomas University School of Law. While in law school, he was on the Moot Court Board and a member of Phi Delta Phi legal honor society. He graduated from St. Thomas University School of Law with his J.D. in 1994 and then began working as an Assistant State Attorney in the Second Judicial Circuit, Tallahassee, Florida. While at the State Attorney's office, Mr. Schulte prosecuted both misdemeanor and felony cases.
In 1998 he joined the firm, where he practices in the areas of family law, criminal defense (including clemency matters), P.E.R.C. and personal injury.
Tom is active in both the Tallahassee Bar Association and Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He has been a board member and Treasurer of the Tallahassee Bar Association Young Lawyers' Section. He has served on the board of directors of both the Tallahassee Bar Association and the Tallahassee Bar Legal Aid Foundation. He is a member of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and served as Secretary of the Tallahassee Chapter. Tom is also a member of the Tallahassee American Inns of Court (William Stafford Inn).
Tom is married and has two children. His hobbies are fishing and golf.
